Sophomore Courtney Walker was named an honorable mention to the AP All-America team, the Associated Press announced Tuesday.
Walker helped A&M to its third Elite Eight appearance and produced the sixth-best scoring season in school history with 563 points.
Walker’s selection makes her the eighth player in A&M history to be named to the All-America team.
Walker averaged 15.6 points per game en route to a unanimous All-SEC First Team selection.
