Texas A&m hosted Kentucky for the first of a three game series. With an 8pm start, the Aggies took the field and faced the Wildcats and by the bottom of the 9th the score was tied 2-2. In the bottom of the 11th inning, graduate catcher Troy Claunch was up at bat and hit his first home run of the season sealing A&M’s victory in the first few minutes of Friday morning. The Aggies will return to Blue Bell Park today at 6:30pm.
