The Texas A&M Board of Regents will vote Thursday on a proposed tuition increase.
Two separate agenda items propose possible increases–one for tuition and fees and the other for new field trip fees.
A public forum for students to voice their opinions about the proposed tuition increases will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Memorial Student Center 292.
The votes will take place in an open meeting at 2:15 p.m., also in MSC 292. No student input will be heard during this meeting.
Also on the agenda are items proposing the establishment of four new education centers at A&M: Center for Biological Clocks Research, Center for Atmospheric Chemistry and the Environment, Center for the Study of Health Disparities and the Technology Commercialization Center.
