Brian Bullock, ocean engineering senior, died in a two-vehicle crash and car fire July 4 around 10:20 p.m. on US 79 near Gause, Texas.
Bullock was traveling in the westbound lane and drifted into the eastbound lane, where he collided with Melodie Jones, 20, of Milano, Texas, traveling eastbound. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Bullock was from Burnet, Texas, about two hours away from the scene.
