A&M welcomed Rolando Zapata Bello, the Governor of Yucatan, to College Station at the Easterwood Airport Tuesday. The Ross Volunteers formed a saber arch for Bello as he exited the jet and stepped onto a maroon carpet.
Bello will sign two memorandums of agreement Wednesday at noon in Rudder Tower as he discusses research collaborations and academic exchange programs between the University of the Yucatan and Texas A&M.
