Students short on cash after paying triple-digit textbook fees can turn to Chipotle Mexican Grill to give their wallets a break while satisfying hunger pains. In exchange for textbook receipts of $200 or more, students will receive a free burrito, burrito bowl, tacos or a salad from the two participating restaurant locations off of University Avenue. A public relations representative for Chipotle Mexican Grill said the reason for the promotion —currently in its fourth year running — is that it’s an exciting way to welcome students back during the busy fall semester. “Hopefully we can create some excitement on the A&M campus and help bring students back to school with a smile,” the representative said.
