The Texas A&M women’s club soccer team will try to bounce back at home against Alabama on Friday, Oct. 6, at the Penberthy Rec Sports Complex.
After an Oct. 1 loss to LSU to put it at 2-2 this season, the team still has a positive attitude, nursing senior and team captain Rosa Candelario said.
“It’s something that kind of sucks, because we played our hearts out,” Candelario said.
Going into practice, Candelario said starting with a clean slate is a priority.
“We’re not gonna adapt to them, we’re gonna make them adapt to us,” Candelerio said.
Admission to the 6 p.m. match is free, and the support of other students always helps, Candelerio said.
