A second candlelight vigil was held at 8 p.m. on Saturday at the pond behind the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum in honor of former President George H.W. Bush.

Members of the Bryan-College Station community joined student leaders from the Ambassadors Council, Public Service Organization and Student Government Association to honor the former president.

Attendees were also able to pick up cards with a photo of George H.W. Bush on the front and a program for the vigil on the back.

Organizers of the event said they wanted to provide students and community members who could not attend the vigil held at midnight on Saturday to gather in honor of former President Bush.
