Coach Mike Elko and Texas A&M football have hit the ground running in the transfer portal following the end of the 2024 regular season, already hauling in four players thus far. The fourth and by far most impressive is highly coveted true freshman wide receiver Micah Hudson out of Texas Tech. He brings strength to a lackluster receiver room that hasn’t seen a 1,000-yard receiver since 2016.
The move for the Temple native pairs him alongside 2024 recruiting class signee Jerome Myles and creates a duo that is sure to give redshirt freshman quarterback Marcel Reed capable options entering the 2025 season.
