On Wednesday, Feb. 11, the NFL announced its list of draft prospects who were invited to participate in the NFL Combine from Monday, Feb. 23, through Monday, March 2, in Indianapolis. Thirteen out of the total 319 prospects who received an invitation to the scouting event came from Texas A&M, more than any other school in the country.
Three offensive weapons were selected from the Aggies, including familiar faces like junior wide receiver KC Concepcion, senior running back Le’Veon Moss and graduate student tight end Nate Boerkircher. Four A&M offensive linemen were invited, including junior Chase Bisontis and graduate students Dametrious Crownover, Ar’maj Reed-Adams and Trey Zuhn III.
On the defensive side, senior cornerback Will Lee III as well as junior and senior linebackers Taurean York and Scooby Williams were selected. Defensive linemen graduate students Tyler Onyedim and Albert Regis are headed to Indianapolis, as is projected first-rounder redshirt senior Cashius Howell.
The Maroon and White finished the 2025 season with a monumental 11-2 record, leading to their first College Football Playoff appearance in program history. It is not out of the ordinary for historical seasons to draw attention from scouts, and clearly the NFL brass has seen something special in the 13 Fightin’ Farmers selected.
The prospects will compete for two weeks, participating in various drills alongside their position groups, looking to boost their draft stock ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft on Thursday, April 23-25, in Pittsburgh.
