Texas A&M golf course managers and operators met with Rene Rangel, CEO of Sterling Golf, Monday to discuss plans to outsource the University golf course.
Student Body President John Claybrook tweeted Sunday, Coming Fall 2013: the nations finest on-campus golf course. Amazing plans from Sterling Golf at virtually no net cost to students.
Golf course student-worker and reporter for The Battalion Aaron Deering said the new course could have three additional holes as well as renovations to current holes.
Renovations may include changes to the clubhouse such as the addition of concessions.
KBTX reported in March that a University official said the golf course has lost $600,000 in the last four years.
