The newly elected yell leaders for the 2015-2016 school year lead yells at The Big Event’s opening ceremony on Saturday.

More than 21,000 students attended The Big Event on Saturday. The Big Event provides the students of Texas A&M University with the opportunity to say “Thank You” to the community of Bryan/College Station for their continued support throughout the years. Photographers Vanessa Peña and Tim Lai were there to capture the beginning of the day.
