In October of last year, police records show that Marble brought a group back to his apartment from Northgate, then took the victim from the group into a separate room, allegedly sexually assaulting them.

Marble transferred to A&M from Michigan State in 2022, where he was a staple member of the team. He was expected to play a pivotal role this season, but stepped away from the team due to a “university process.”

His bond is currently set at $50,000 at the Brazos County Jail.
