The undefeated Texas A&M men’s basketball team will be carrying a five-game winning streak into Reed Arena as it faces Oakland University Wednesday night.
Oakland will begin its week-long stint against Big 12 teams in College Station against Billy Gillispie’s revamped Aggies.
The Aggies (5-0) defeated the University of Texas-Permian Basin Saturday, 98-36. Oakland, however, is 0-3 on the season and will face a tough Aggie team focused on aggressive play and strong defense.
Oakland has been outscored by their opponents 249-199 so far this season.
The Grizzlies lost to Marquette in their season home opener, Saturday, 95-87.
