Wednesday afternoon, Texas A&M men’s basketball announced sophomore guard TJ Starks will miss the rest of the season with a dislocated right shoulder. Stark suffered the injury against No. 13 LSU on Tuesday night in Baton Rouge.
Starks ended the season averaging 12.3 points and 3.5 assists per game and started 18 of the 27 games and also led the team in assists.
Starks was a key guard in this year’s rotation and was the starting point guard throughout the season before coming off the bench after the Aggies faced Ole Miss on Feb. 6.
Texas A&M will face off against Vanderbilt on Saturday night at Reed Arena. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. and will be televised on SEC Network.
