Women’s basketball picked to finish fifth in SEC

Tuesday morning, the Texas &AM women’s basketball team was picked by the National and SEC media to finish fifth in the conference.
The Aggies return three starters but will look to replace Curtyce Knox who let the nation in assists last season. However, A&M welcome’s in the No. 8 recruiting class to Aggieland.
Last season, the women reached their 12 straight NCAA Tournament appearance and reached the second round after completing a 21-point comeback against Penn which is a tournament record. 
A&M kicks off its 2017-2018 season against Houston, Nov. 10 at Reed Arena. Tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
