At 5:02 p.m. Wednesday, we were lucky to be the first to eat Sbisa’s new stir-fry Asian cuisine. I never thought I’d see the day when Sbisa cooked to order! Charles, a food services employee and stir-fry extraordinaire, and the other chefs at the stir-fry counter are leading the way in campus food customer service. Props to Charles, Sbisa, and whomever purchased the stir-fry equipment. Y’all need to go try it out. Be sure to fill out the feedback cards to help encourage more improvements in the quality of on-campus dining.
