Texas A&M junior linebacker Josh Walker was taken into custody following a disturbance Friday night involving a family member.
Walker, who was booked into Brazos County Detention Center, is being charged with assault causing bodily injury to a family member, and interfering with emergency requested for assistance.
According to Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle, a Texas A&M athletic department spokesperson confirmed Walkers immediate suspension.
