One of the main focuses of Holi is dancing- everyone participates. Many different types of dancing can be seen, and many times strangers are teaching strangers their favorite dance.
One dance you can see multiple times at Holi is where people in a circle all mimic what one person does- here, the move is putting your finger on your face.
The main thing one notices upon attending Holi is that everyone wipes powder-paint on each others faces and heads. It’s a gesture most do not run into in their everyday life.
At the center of the crowd was a water hose that sprayed on everyone, it helped cool people off and smooth the powder paint that had been thrown on everyone.
