Sophomore Stephen Kolek improved to 3-2 on the season on Sunday, allowing one hit in 6.2 stellar innings.

Kolek surrendered his lone run of the ball game in the eighth inning on an RBI single and Childress went to the mound for a visit but decided to let Kolek finish the inning.

Sophomore Mitchell Kilkenny has collected four saves and recorded a 2.70 ERA so far in April for the Aggies.

The Aggies have now defeated top-15 SEC opponents in each of the past two weekends and have won seven of their last nine games.

The Aggies will play a 6:30 p.m. game against Abilene Christian on Tuesday, April 11.
