For the first time since 2021, Texas A&M women’s basketball got to hear its name called on Selection Sunday.

The Aggies finished 19-12 overall and survived a bubble scare thanks to a win over Mississippi State in the SEC Tournament and earned an 11 seed as part of the Albany 1 region. There they will face 6 seed Nebraska in Corvallis, Oregon, as 3 seed Oregon State earned the right to host its matchup against 14 seed Eastern Washington, as well as the A&M’s clash with the Huskers.

A&M’s opening round game will either take place March 22 or 23, with a tip-off time to be announced.
