The General (Ret.) Mark A. Welsh III Investiture was held in Rudder Auditorium on Oct. 25, 2024. General Welsh gave his presidential address where he spoke of his deep ties to A&M and his plans for his time in office. Friends, family and colleagues of the president celebrated his commitment to the growth of the university.
