Courtesy of outfielder Jace LaViolette’s game-saving home-run robbery in the top of the ninth inning, Texas A&M defeated the Florida Gators, 3-2 in the first round of the NCAA Men’s College World Series at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska. The Aggies will move on to the winner’s bracket and play the Kentucky Wildcats on Monday, June 17, at 6 p.m.
